High capacity

18 liters of slush

By dividing the total capacity into two—10 liters in the pre-cooling tank and 8 liters in the freezing cylinder—MP offers maximum product availability to ensure high productivity and operational continuity, even at peak times.

Gravity system

Measured consumption

The mixture contained in the primary pre-cooling tank falls by gravity into the freezing cylinder. The quantity of product that passes from the tank to the cylinder is regulated according to how much product is dispensed.

Consistency control

Something more, for every recipe

The mechanical consistency control system allows you to adjust the perfect density of the slush according to consumption requirements: more solid if served with a spoon, more liquid if served with a straw. Ensuring consistency of service even with different preparations and varying freezing temperatures.

Multicolor LED

Lights up the product

The white LED around the cylinder highlights the product, while the RGB LED backlit front illuminates the lower part of the tank. The color selection can be controlled using a special remote control.

Night⏤Mode Maintenance

Preserve without waste

Outside of operating hours, Night Mode helps prevent waste and preserve the product by reducing energy consumption. When the machine is not in use, the temperature in the tank is maintained between 2 and 4 degrees Celsius—the ideal range for restarting processing the following day.
