With a base width of just 16 cm in the single-tank version, the NINA range is designed to meet the needs of HoReCa businesses that menage limited customer flows spread out over time. The single 2-liter tank allows for frequent product renewal, ensuring a more varied and always fresh offering.

Smart design

Cold creams that are always smooth

The tank is designed to facilitate continuous mixing of the product and prevent the formation of ice blocks, ensuring stable temperature and uniform consistency. The tank design facilitates emptying and cleaning operations.

The desired consistency

NINA allows consistency management through temperature control; via an intuitive control panel with LED indicators that provide visual feedback on the status of the refrigeration system, whether in cooling or defrost mode.

Night⏤Mode Maintenance

Preserve without waste

Outside of operating hours, Night Mode helps prevent waste and preserve the product by reducing energy consumption. When the machine is not in use, the temperature in the tank is maintained between 2 and 4 degrees Celsius—the ideal range for restarting processing the following day.

Safety block

Automatic safety shutdown

The safety device is activated when the cover is lifted and causes all moving parts to stop immediately. For maximum operator protection, the machine only starts operating when the cover is correctly positioned.
