Refrigerated tank

Colder, faster

In the refrigerated tank with insulated lid, the soft serve ice cream base begins the freezing process and the product is kept at the optimal serving temperature.

Gravity system

Choose from SO-SOFT models

The efficiency of the gravity-fed system guarantees high productivity and continuous service, with repeated and consistent dispensing up to 130 cones (75g each) per hour.

Pump system

Choose from SO-SOFT models

Through its mechanically controlled mechanism, SO-SOFT with pump allows you to manage the overrun of the ice cream, i.e. the amount of air incorporated into the mixture.

Minimum warning

Never without soft serve ice cream

A sensor detects the minimum level and an acoustic signal alerts the operator that the product in the tank is running low.

Three levels of consistency

Custom ice creams

The machine can handle three levels of consistency to ensure flexibility in product dispensing.

Night⏤Mode Maintenance

Preserve without waste

Outside of operating hours, Night Mode helps prevent waste and preserve the product by reducing energy consumption. When the machine is not in use, the temperature in the tank is maintained within the ideal range for restarting processing the following day.
