Frozen Cappuccino

Ingredienti
7000g Whole Milk
700g Base 100 for Ice Cream
300g Caster Sugar
250g Instant Coffee
Preparazione

Mix all the powdered ingredients togheter.

Stir in the powders in the milk using a stick blender until completely dissolved.

Fill the machine and start.

First the machine will freeze the product and the will be whipped in a light and fluffy milkshake with the typical and iconic flavour of italian Cappucino.

This milkshake can be served with whipped cream on top and a dust of dark cocoa powder.
