2997g Prosecco brut
750g Peach Pulp
750g Sugar Syrup
Optional: add a dash of lemon juice

Preparazione

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth.

  • Pour the mixture into the SPM slush machine and wait until it reaches the typical consistency of a frozen cocktail.

  • Serve in a glass, garnished with pieces of fresh peach or a mint leaf.
